I have had a chronic ankle that prevented me from running, dancing, walking long distances; certain yoga postures were impossible. My ankle gave out all the time and I was in constant pain, which sometimes even woke me up at night. From the first session, my pain level decreased significantly and, within just a few sessions I was dancing, running, and walking more than 5 miles a day again. What I appreciated most (besides the pain relief) was that she told me every step of the way why I was feeling what I was feeling, what treatment she would provide, and what exercises to do at home to strengthen my ankle. She really knows her stuff! Before I saw Roza, I just assumed I'd be in pain and have limited mobility for the rest of my life. It feels great to be back to "normal"! Thanks, Roza! I will definitely recommend you!

Roza is amazing at her job and would recommend her to anyone 100%. I received excellent treatment and service from Roza. As a regular runner I had suffered from various issues in my left knee. This was a great massage by someone who evidently knows her business and works hard to provide a good service. If you're looking for rose petals, soft lighting and pan pipes to accompany your massage don't bother with here. However, if you are really looking for a professional who knows what the full benefit of deep massage can do to the body (and mind) and works with you all the way to help gain immediate results then sign up here. The whole of my body felt rusty and inflexible due to lower back problems but Roza acknowledged this immediately and now I have considerably more freedom and flexibility. Brilliant. Seriously considering coming back for further treatment.

The massage and acupuncture sessions have helped ease my muscle pain and enabled me to get back on the road sooner as it shortened my recovery time. I have just been to see Roza at Physio Medicine and am very happy as a result. My knee tendonitis has been troubling me for quite a while but after one treatment it feels better already (touch wood!). She seemed very determined to solve the problem and used massage, ultrasound, more massage and acupuncture. Even though I booked in and paid for 30 mins, I was in there longer…. she just seemed dead set on getting me fixed! Pain disappeared pretty much instantly and I’m back playing sport. I definitely recommend.
